Global Lite Refinery Provides BECE Transportation Support to Gbo Students

Supporting students with safe and reliable transportation during the Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE).

At Global Lite Refinery Co. Ltd., we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to pursue education without unnecessary barriers.

As part of our commitment to supporting education and strengthening our relationship with communities within the Gbo Chiefdom, Global Lite Refinery provided transportation support to students of C.P Foray/St. Michael Junior Secondary School in Gbaima Songa during the 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE).

The transportation initiative was implemented throughout the examination period, from July 20 to July 28, 2026, ensuring that students could travel safely between Gbaima Songa and their examination center in Bo.

Ensuring No Child Is Left Behind

For many students in rural communities, transportation can present a significant challenge during national examinations. Long distances, transportation costs, and logistical difficulties can create additional pressure for students and their families.

Recognizing this challenge, Global Lite Refinery stepped in to provide reliable transportation throughout the examination period.

Our vehicles transported students from Gbaima Songa to the examination center in Bo and provided return transportation, helping ensure that the candidates arrived safely, on time, and ready to focus on their examinations.

Supporting Students and Families

The initiative was designed not only to support students but also to reduce the financial and logistical burden on parents and guardians during the examination period.

By providing transportation, Global Lite Refinery helped create a more convenient journey for the candidates and allowed them to concentrate on preparing for and completing their examinations.
